*This program applies to merchant accounts who process card present swiped transactions only. This program is only valid for new merchant accounts. Current merchants who close their accounts and re-open them may not participate in this program. Merchant account is subject to credit approval. Fees listed in your Merchant Application will not be increased for two years from the time your merchant account has been approved. Not applicable to Interchange program changes and Interchange rate increases which shall be calculated and billed in accordance with the applicable agreement and fees related to American Express transactions. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply and offer is subject to change without notice. Except as modified by this program, all terms and conditions of the Merchant Application and Agreement remain in full force and effect.
